Rujvi is a registered psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology. She has experience working with children and adolescents across school and hospital settings, and is passionate about helping clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and confident in their capacity to grow.
Rujvi provides both therapy and comprehensive psychological assessments, including Autism and ADHD assessments, Cognitive and Educational assessments, and behavioural and emotional valuations. She takes a warm and collaborative approach, ensuring clients and families feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the process.
In therapy, Rujvi draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play-based strategies. Her work is tailored to each individual’s age, strengths, and goals, and she supports a range of presentations including anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, and learning or developmental concerns.
Rujvi is deeply committed to culturally responsive practice and has a strong interest in supporting clients from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. She takes the time to understand each client’s cultural identity, family values, and lived experiences, and thoughtfully integrates these into her work. Her approach is warm, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming.
Rujvi strives to create a safe and compassionate space where clients and families feel understood, empowered, and supported to make meaningful and lasting changes in their everyday lives. Rujvi is multilingual and speaks Hindi and Marathi in addition to English. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, walking her dog, and thrifting.
